Optimized Lennard-Jones

An example of implementing an optimized potential. First, you take take the most relevant VisitModel and copy it. Then you hard-code the model inside the VisitModel. Finally, you use this optimized model and make sure to check it against the unoptimized version when initializing your System Potentials.
