NetCDF
This is a plugin that enables an interface with NetCDF (https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/).
The following are instructions for the manual installiation of zlib, hdf5 and netcdf. You could also try to use your package manager. Note the version numbers may change.

Now that the prerequisites are taken care of, FEASST must be installed again with some modification. First, modify /path/to/feasst/CMakeLists.txt to include netcdf in set(FEASST_PLUGINS …). Also, include “-DUSE_NETCDF=ON -DNETCDF_DIR=$HOME/local” for the cmake command.
