The IPA computational toolkit provides utilities for processing and analyzing IPA data. The IPA Analysis Tool has specific data formatting requirements which are detailed in the User Manual. If your TLS data are already in the required format, you can go straight to launching the IPA Analysis Tool. If starting with four individual scan files, you will need to use one of the data processing tools below to compile your data into the appropriate format before using the IPA Analysis Tool.
Appropriately formatted data can be uploaded to perform the IPA Part I (Accuracy) and Part II (Precision) Analyses. Once analyzed, users can download a PDF report of the results.
