Hello World in Dioptra
=================

This tutorial will guide you through setting up Dioptra in the Graphical User Interface (GUI) and running 
a simple plugin task. This tutorial serves as a first introduction to using 
the GUI and also as a check that the microservices are properly configured and connected together.
