Specification of the model under which the product will be deployed to deliver value (often financial) for an organization

Examples:
- Implementation of trade-in or buyback programs [23, 24]
- Product rental or leasing programs [25]
- Reconsidering design and manufacturing decisions by making service use more intensive (e.g., through sharing) [22]
