The goal or range for a set of determined measurable criteria that the product should meet to satisfy the determined customer needsExamples:
- "In this New Product Introduction, at least the top 5 parts with the highest replacement rate shall be replaceable by the end consumer" [59]
- A quick repair turnaround of between 1 and 2 weeks for an e-bike
- A phone battery life of greater than 12 hours
