MLXN 2025:
Machine Learning for X-ray and
Neutron Science

A Global 24-Hour Virtual Event

Starting April 15th 2025 12:00:00 UTC

About the Event

This free and open to all virtual event will bring together researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts from around the globe to explore the transformative power of machine learning in X-ray and neutron scattering. Building on the success of in-person workshops at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (2023) and Technische Universität München (2024), we have decided to take this event virtual to reach a global audience.

Join for the full 24 hours or participate selectively in sessions that interest you most. In addition to traditional contributed and invited talks, we will have tutorials and opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Participate across time zones with a schedule designed to reach a global audience. The chart below shows how viewing periods during "workday hours" could overlap across regions. See the schedule page for more details.
